- Is there a monthly fee?
- No. You buy credits when you need them and spend them on results. There are no seats and no subscription.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
- What if no email is found?
- The email isn't charged. You may still pay for the company and the person found, which are listed above, and credits held for a search that weren't used come back when it finishes.
- How do I know what a search will cost?
- Before every search you see a free count of matching people and an estimate. Credits for the most it could cost are held, and what isn't used comes back.
- Is sending email extra?
- No. Sending from the mailboxes you connect is free, however many emails you send.
- Is there a free trial?
- Your first account gets 50 free credits, enough to try a search and a few email lookups. No card is needed.
- Which pack should I buy?
