Buy credits once and spend them on results. One credit is one cent, larger packs cost less, and credits never expire. There is no monthly fee, and sending from your own mailbox is free.

| Catch-all email | 2 credits ($0.02) | An address on a domain that accepts all mail, so it can't be fully confirmed. Marked apart from verified. |
| Decision maker | 1 credit ($0.01) | A person matching your titles at a matching company. |
| Company | 0.1 credits ($0.001) | A company matching your profile. |
| Check an email you have | 0.5 credits ($0.005) | Verify an address from your own list. |

## Questions

### Is there a monthly fee?

No. You buy credits when you need them and spend them on results. There are no seats and no subscription.

### Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.

### What if no email is found?

The email isn't charged. You may still pay for the company and the person found, which are listed above, and credits held for a search that weren't used come back when it finishes.

### How do I know what a search will cost?

Before every search you see a free count of matching people and an estimate. Credits for the most it could cost are held, and what isn't used comes back.

### Is sending email extra?

No. Sending from the mailboxes you connect is free, however many emails you send.

### Is there a free trial?

Your first account gets 50 free credits, enough to try a search and a few email lookups. No card is needed.

### Which pack should I buy?

Packs are 1,000 credits for $10, 5,000 credits for $45, 20,000 credits for $160. Larger packs cost less per credit. Use the calculator to see what a number of leads costs.
